Real estate brokers are pitching another major industrial park project in southern Dallas County.Stream Realty Partners is marketing development sites for almost 1.9 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space in the DalPort Trade Center on Interstate 45 in Wilmer. The business park is just south of Union Pacific Railway's huge intermodal facility on the west side of I-45.

The 165-acre industrial project is planned for buildings to accommodate large warehouse space users.

Stream Realty is marketing the properties for a financial firm investor.  Procter & Gamble and Whirlpool already have large warehouses in the park.

"We are thrilled to lease these sites with the opportunity to secure an exceptional tenant, or tenants in one of the most sought-after, growing segments in Dallas-Fort Worth," Stream's Matt Dornak of Stream said in a statement. "The I-45 corridor has seen some of the highest leasing activity in the region and that is expected to continue."

Dornak and Stream's Cannon Green and Drew Feagin are marketing the project.

Southern Dallas County's Interstate 45 and Interstate 20 corridors are among the busiest industrial development corridors in North Texas with almost 8 million square feet of construction.
