Study Confirms Hotel Need

Stone Hospitality & Real Estate has identified the need for the development of a select-service hotel in the City of Wilmer in a just-released market study. Growth in the industrial sector in Wilmer as well as the southern Dallas corridor supports the need for upper, mid-scale hotel with meeting space.
According to the study, accommodated room nights have increased every year since 2011 with 2012 and 2015 experiencing double-digit increases. Although the statistics showed a strong corporate and leisure demand, a growing industrial segment is resulting in more lodging demand.
